Thanks for getting this insured handled. As usual, the response from your customers is very positive. There are very few businesses I can recommend to an insured and guarantee they will get good results. Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated!
It is funny that the original shop stated you had no idea what you were getting into, could never do it on site at an RV park, and even if you could, would be there 4 or 5 days. Obviously pays to go to the experts.

I can't thank all of you enough for the professional way that you handled this customer. You took a bad situation for this customer (black water back up in motor home and bad repair from DRP) and turned it around and made him a very happy man. I will be leaving L.A Mesa soon, but I want to thank you for the 5 or 6 jobs you have done for me. When I join up with a new company I will take your card & call you for all carpet and laminate jobs we will need done. My tech's can not believe how fast your guys install the carpet and wood floors. I've thought to myself speed is great but the jobs are perfect or like you guarantee, better than factory, haha.

Thank you Sir. You did it again, another problem rig turned into a positive situation for the customer, Along with Mr. Gillo's wheelchair not doing well on carpet, which is not SAFE at all. The plan to put all laminate in that 40 footer was great. They were so thankful and grateful. Just so we make it clear, Mrs. Gillo couldn't believe you laid the whole floor with no transitions, she stated that she is a clean-oholic & this floor is a dream. She said that their pets, Sadie the dog will be enjoying the cool floor, and Boo their cat will enjoy the custom cat tree & angle scratcher. You really made me look good with that bound rug you made for the kitchen, with soft back.

I just wanted to thank you for the extra effort you put into this last job you did for us (Allied Trailer Service & Repair). Not only was the carpet job dynamite as usual, the hardwood floor was looking beautiful also. But what I really wanted to thank you for was the fact that your guys went above and beyond when they installed the new base & trim on their own, and just because it was the right thing to do. My customers spotted that right away along with the fact that you cleaned all the plastic and metal parts before you reinstalled them. Big points with me buddy.

The people we dealt with at Quality RV Floors were more than Pros, they are now good friends. I know most shops put up the chain & call you when they are done and ready to call you. Not these guys, we sat and watched these guys for over 1 ½ hours. They wanted us to watch the job an ask questions. I would like to thank you for the really nice installation of laminate & plush carpet. The quality of your work was refreshing & I really want to thank you for the timely turn around. I really want to thank you for not taking my RV and sitting on it for a long time. 3 days & its done! I have had other places locally that were working with my Newmar & no matter what they did it was 30 days. Which were not quality floors, and you did it all in just 3 days. And thank you for the cat tree. It has been well received by our cats, Tom & Jerry.
